Welcome to Hex & Honey. For as long as I can remember, I've loved lingerie. When I was younger, getting dressed never felt complete without matching underwear underneath. There was something about knowing I was wearing a beautiful set, even if nobody else ever saw it, that made me feel more confident, feminine and put together. It wasn't for anyone else — it was for me.

As I got older and my body changed, finding lingerie that gave me that same feeling became increasingly difficult.

As a plus-size woman, I often felt like I had two choices: practical underwear that lacked personality, or styles that simply weren't designed with my body in mind. The beautiful, feminine pieces I loved seemed harder and harder to find, and without realising it, losing that small ritual began to affect my confidence too. I've always believed that what we wear has the power to influence how we feel.

The right lingerie doesn't just change how you look — it changes how you carry yourself. It can make you feel confident, empowered, sensual and connected to yourself, even on days when nobody else sees it.

At the same time, I've always been drawn to crystals, spirituality and all things a little bit witchy. Some people call it "woo woo", but for me, spirituality became something much deeper than that. It became a tool for transformation.

There was a time in my life when I was deeply unhappy. I found myself stuck in negative thought patterns, lacking confidence and struggling to see the beauty in myself and the world around me. My journey into self-development, self-love and spirituality changed that.

The more I learned about mindset, energy and intention, the more I began to change. I started paying attention to the thoughts I was feeding myself, the habits I was creating and the energy I was carrying every day. Slowly, I became a different person.

Crystals became a huge part of that journey. Whether tucked away in my handbag, sitting on my desk, or even hidden inside my bra, I always found comfort in carrying a crystal with me. Each one represented something I wanted to work on, heal or call into my life. Confidence. Self-love. Protection. Abundance. Courage.

One day I found myself thinking: "If I'm always carrying a crystal in my bra, why can't it just be part of the bra?" And just like that, the first spark of Hex & Honey was ignited.

It brought together two things that had shaped my life in completely different ways: my love of beautiful lingerie and my belief in the power of crystals.

For me, crystals have never been about perfection or quick fixes. They've been small reminders of what I'm working towards. A rose quartz tucked into my bra on days I needed a little more self-love. A citrine in my handbag when I wanted to embody confidence and abundance. A piece of amethyst on my bedside table to bring calm and clarity.

Those rituals became anchors throughout my journey, helping me reconnect with myself and the woman I wanted to become.

I started imagining what it would look like to combine that experience with lingerie. Not as a gimmick, but as something meaningful. Something that could serve as a personal reminder every time you got dressed.

Because if you're anything like me, you'll know that beautiful lingerie has a way of changing how you feel.
